Overview

A control center for distributors

Haifa Group supplies specialty fertilizers in over 100 countries. I designed the dashboard its distributors run their business on.

The distributor Personal Area turns complex logistics and sales data into a streamlined dashboard. I built it around a dynamic donut chart and an interactive map, so distributors can manage supply chains and branch inventory at a glance.

The Challenge

From storefront to control center

The old platform could take orders. It couldn't help run a business.

Distributors handle high volumes of orders and complex logistics across many branches. The existing site was transactional - it processed orders but offered no way to track, analyze or manage the operation. The challenge was turning it into a control center without overwhelming the people using it.
