A non-political movement founded after October 7th, to give Gaza-envelope communities a direct voice in the region's recovery.
"Future for the OTEF" represents these communities in dialogue with the government, keeping them directly involved in rehabilitation and long-term development. I joined the founding team as a volunteer - shaping the UX, defining the visual identity and building the website's design system in real time, adapting as field needs changed by the day.
A movement born in crisis needed a clear, credible presence - fast.
Residents, advisors and activists — each needing something different from the same site.
A visual identity and a component library the team could keep building on, even as everything changed.
The identity and components, applied across a live public site.
The result is a unified platform that gave the community a single, credible voice — and a direct bridge between residents and decision-makers during a moment of crisis. Beyond the visual design, that bridge is the real impact, and translating an emotional mission into a working product under extreme time pressure is the work I'm most proud of.
